Simple spherical 'bun' design with detachable matching rose plates. These cottage knobs were very popular on Victorian doors, particularly used upstairs and in the servants quarters where the house holder needed to make less of an impression! They are much smaller than standard door handles and work beautifully on rim locks or small cottage doors.
